Business Development Executive
The Role
Drive client acquisition through outbound lead generation, qualification, and closing. You'll identify potential partners, initiate conversations, and move leads into our audit funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound (100+ daily touchpoints)
- Identify and qualify leads on LinkedIn, IG, and Email
- Push leads into the audit funnel and ensure submissions
- Handle follow-ups via WhatsApp and calls
- Book sales calls and present growth systems
Performance Filter
The first week functions as a filter. You are required to generate at least one qualified lead (audit submission) within the first 7 days to continue.
Qualifications
- Strong outbound sales & lead gen skills
- Direct & clear communication
- Ability to handle objections effectively
- Basic understanding of funnels/marketing
Compensation
Stipend: Up to $100/month + performance-linked incentives on lead conversion and client acquisition.
Social Media Manager + Graphic Designer
Managing content and creatives for our Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X pages.
- Good design sense & consistent execution
- Understanding of modern social media trends
