6. How Long We Retain Your Data
- Form submissions and audit requests: 24 months
- Email communications: 24 months
- Analytics data: as set by the relevant platform's data retention settings
- Client project data: for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
