Ownership of deliverables produced for clients (websites, designs, copy, etc.) is governed by the specific agreement between Kart Builds Studio and the client. Unless otherwise stated in writing, full ownership transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment.

Some content on our site may include third-party materials used under licence. We do not claim ownership of such materials.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Pricing
Prices shown on the website are indicative ranges. Final pricing is confirmed in individual proposals. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time; changes do not affect engagements already agreed in writing.
6.2 Payment terms
Standard payment terms are:
- 50% advance before work begins
- Remaining 50% before final delivery
Specific terms may vary and will be confirmed in your project agreement.
6.3 Late payment
Late payments may result in suspension of work. We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on overdue amounts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Kart Builds Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services in the 3 months prior to the claim.
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue targets, or conversion rates. Marketing and growth results depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kart Builds Studio harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our website, or any content you provide to us.
